A dramatic intersection of prehistoric biology and geometric art. This 1.06kg Septarian Nodule, often referred to as 'Dragon Stone,' originated during the Cretaceous period, formed by the drying and cracking of ancient seafloor mud balls. We selected this specific piece for the high-contrast 'lightning' pattern of its golden Calcite veins against the charcoal-grey Limestone matrix. Polished to a glass-like finish, this geode serves as a tactile, three-dimensional window into 100 million years of geological pressure and mineral infilling.
