Formed over 50 million years ago, Septarian geodes are natural time capsules. These unique nodules began as mud bubbles on the sea floor. Over time, minerals like calcite (yellow), aragonite (brown), and limestone (grey) filled in the cracks—creating their signature dragon-scale pattern 🐉
🔬 Why the name “Septarian”? From the Latin septum, meaning "partition"—because of the internal cracks that divide it into distinct sections.
